This page sets out the limits of what we can promise about our products and this website. It is written to be read, not to be skipped.
Colors and Images
Screens differ, and painted wood, stained timber and colored plastic slides look different on a phone in daylight than in your yard. Product images are supplied by the makers, not shot by us, and some are lifestyle images showing the playhouse in a styled garden setting. The garden, the furniture, the toys and the children in those images are not part of the product. What is included is the structure and parts listed in the maker's instructions. If you need to know whether a specific item in an image is included, email us before you order.
Measurements
Dimensions, weights and box information on our product pages are supplied by the maker. We publish what we were given and we do not add measurements of our own. Allow a small tolerance on any figure. Leave extra clear space around the structure, especially in front of slide exits and along swing paths.
If the fit is critical, email support@trilumitybeauty.com with the product link before you order. We will ask the maker and tell you what they say.
Assembly and Installation
Playhouses arrive flat-packed. Assembly, anchoring and site preparation are your responsibility and should follow the maker's instructions. We do not offer an assembly service. Guidance on this site is general and does not replace the maker's instructions or the judgment of a qualified installer.
We make no certification claim about anything we sell, and nothing on this site is described as certified, rated, approved or independently tested. How to use these products safely, and what we do and do not know about them, is set out on our Product Safety page.
Accuracy of Content and Pricing
We work to keep product descriptions, images, availability and prices accurate, but this site can contain typographical errors, omissions and out-of-date information. Nothing here is a guarantee that a description is complete or error-free.
Where a price or a description is wrong, we may correct it, cancel an affected order and refund you in full, even after the order has been placed and confirmed. If that happens we will tell you before we do it.
Testimonials and Reviews
We do not buy reviews, we do not write them under customer names, and we do not delete a review for being critical. See section 7 of our Terms and Conditions.
Third-Party Links
This site may link to sites we do not control, such as carriers, payment providers and social platforms. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
California Proposition 65
California Proposition 65 requires businesses to warn California residents about exposure to certain listed chemicals. Some consumer goods containing treated wood, plastics, plated metal hardware, paints or adhesives can fall within its scope.
We have not completed Proposition 65 testing on our range. We are saying that plainly rather than printing a warning we cannot support or claiming a clearance we do not have. If you have a question about a specific product, email us and we will pass on what the maker has declared to us.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. Where that is the case, the limitations above apply only to the extent permitted in your state, and nothing on this page removes a right your state gives you.
