Trilumity is an online store that sells kids' playhouses and backyard playsets to families in the United States. It is run by MEOWPAMPER LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. This page is a plain description of how the business works.
What We Sell
Outdoor playhouses for children, in three styles:
- Playsets with Slides and Swings — raised-deck castles, ships, towers and cottages with a slide, a swing, or both.
- Role-Play Playhouses — shops, stands and vehicles built around a game: a lemonade stand, a coffee shop, a market, a clinic, a police station, food trucks, a train and a helicopter.
- Cottage Garden Playhouses — cottage-style playhouses with porches, flower boxes and arched doors.
Every model arrives flat-packed for you to assemble. Check the dimensions on the product page against the space in your yard before you order.
How Fulfillment Actually Works
Our stock is held by fulfillment partners in China, and that is where your order starts. We do not keep inventory in a United States warehouse. We would rather say that here than let you work it out from a tracking number.
Orders ship Delivered Duty Paid. Import duties and taxes are paid by us before the order reaches you, so you owe the courier nothing on delivery. Handling takes 2 to 4 business days, with a daily cut-off of 6:00 PM Pacific, Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Transit takes 8 to 14 business days on a tracked line, and the final mile is carried by USPS, UPS or FedEx. Plan on 10 to 18 business days in total from the day you order. Tracking is emailed 24 to 48 hours after dispatch.
We ship to the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia. We cannot deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or any address outside the United States. Shipping is free on every order. There is no expedited option at any price.
Returns are handled inside the United States. Approved returns are received at 602 Fountain Parkway Suite B, Grand Prairie, TX 75050. You have 30 days from delivery, an RMA number is required before you ship anything back, and the restocking fee is $0. Nothing goes back to China, and nothing should be sent to our Denver address.
